The employee acts as a leader and mentor to less experienced team members and upholds high standards of customer service to ensure patient satisfaction. Safety procedures are emphasized, including careful receiving of food and supplies, maintaining correct logs, performing random temperature checks on hazardous foods, and verifying the cleanliness and sanitary conditions of delivery vehicles. The role requires proactive handling of emergencies, unsafe practices, and other performance issues within the team.\n\nFurthermore, the position involves performing opening and closing procedures in the cafeteria, monitoring any supply, equipment, or maintenance needs, and communicating these efficiently to supervisors.
