Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience preferred in hospital dietary or food service
- Experience working in AAFES or large production dining
- Experience in nursing home food service
- Fast food or restaurant experience with leadership role
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report with less than 6 points

- Fast food or restaurant experience with crew leader or team leader history
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) with less than 6 points
Job Duties
- Prepare, heat and finish cooking food items under supervision
- Serve customers in the hospital cafeteria
- Receive and disburse money for food service transactions
- Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, and silverware
- Unpack and store supplies, raw and prepared food products properly
- Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage
- Replenish supplies of food, condiments, and equipment at steam tables and service bars
- Conduct or assist with food supply requisitions and sanitation and maintenance inspections
- Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
