The Food Service Worker at Rolling Hills plays a vital role in supporting the facility's mission by ensuring the delivery of quality meals and nutritional services to patients, staff, and guests. This position involves serving meals in the cafeteria, maintaining clean and sanitary work areas, and assisting with receiving and storing deliveries. The role requires hands-on use of various kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, and dishwashers, alongside a thorough understanding of proper hygiene and safety standards in food preparation. Additionally, the Food Service Worker is responsible for the correct use of cleaning products and sanitizing surfaces to uphold stringent health and safety protocols. This position operates on a schedule of weekdays from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, including rotating weekends and holidays, reflecting the essential and continuous nature of healthcare food services.
