Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least one year of food service or restaurant experience
- working knowledge of food borne illnesses
- superior standards for cleanliness
- excellent work ethic and ability to work without supervision
- ability to read and follow a recipe
- knowledge of 12 step recovery and Progress House function is helpful

Job Duties
- prepare meals including main course, salads, and desserts for residents
- assist food service manager and assistant with kitchen duties
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- follow recipes and food safety protocols accurately
- ensure food safety and proper handling to prevent foodborne illnesses
- support the recovery environment in alignment with Progress House function
- comply with health and safety regulations
