Job Requirements
- Must be able to follow simple written and oral instructions
- Must be able to use hand tools for cleaning
- Must be able to operate simple machines
- Must be skilled in sequencing tasks and using judgment
- Must have knowledge of sanitation standards
- Must be physically able to frequently lift or move objects up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to read, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to follow recipe cards
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Must satisfactorily complete a preemployment physical
- Must satisfactorily complete background check
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Education substitution for experience not allowed
- Proof of eligibility must be provided by the closing date
Job Qualifications
- Ability to follow simple written and oral instructions

Job Duties
- Mix and serve lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, americanos, and other beverage menu items
- Follow simple recipe cards to prepare drinks accurately
- Maintain sanitation standards in handling and serving beverages
- Clean equipment and work area regularly
- Lift or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds frequently
- Provide excellent customer service to patrons
- Comply with safety and health regulations consistently
