The role demands physical stamina, including frequent walking, standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, stooping, and repetitive hand movements. Candidates must demonstrate familiarity with cleaning protocols, food service sanitation, and be capable of following written and oral English instructions accurately. This position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent with at least six months of relevant food service experience.
Beyond the intrinsic rewards of working in a supportive and impactful healthcare environment, Cedar Springs offers a comprehensive benefits package. Employees enjoy medical, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, retirement services, paid time off, education and tuition assistance, and access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). These benefits reflect Cedar Springs' commitment to fostering the well-being, professional growth, and work-life balance of its team members.
