Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food service preferred
- Valid California Driver's License
- Auto insurance
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift and carry food containers and supplies
- Willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications
- Experience working in commercial or institutional food service preferred
- Valid California Driver's License
- Auto insurance
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Clean during production and following meal service, including keeping equipment, appliances, work surfaces and area clean and sanitized
- wash dishes, pots and pans
- sweep and mop
- load and unload dishwasher
- Set up meal service for classes
- Load food transport containers into delivery vehicle and unload empty containers
- Deliver meals from a central kitchen using a CAPSLO vehicle
- Assist with pre-preparation of food requiring washing, peeling and cutting of fruits and vegetables
- mix and stir prepared foods
- Be dedicated to the goals and objectives of CAPSLO
- Use reasonable precautions in the performance of one’s duties and adhere to all applicable safety rules and practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
