With a focus on providing premium benefits and clear career advancement pathways, TSG has earned a reputation as a rewarding place to build a career rather than just a job. The company prioritizes exceptional training and support for its workforce and is proud to welcome military personnel and veterans as part of its inclusive and diverse team. TSG also offers innovative payroll options, such as DailyPay, enabling employees to access their earned wages immediately, supporting financial flexibility and stability. Additionally, they provide a $250 bonus for employees who complete their Rookie's Fast Track Program within the first 60 days of employment, further demonstrating their investment in employee success and development.

The Food Service Supervisor role at Trinity Services Group is a dynamic and critical position within their food service operations, primarily serving correctional facilities. This full-time position pays $18.00 per hour and involves overseeing food preparation and service, ensuring meals are prepared according to established standards, recipes, and safety regulations. The supervisor is responsible for managing and guiding inmate labor or team members during work shifts, helping to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant kitchen environment. The role demands a candidate who is passionate about food service, knowledgeable about food handling and safety regulations, and has the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Dependability and flexibility are essential traits for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include supervising labor in the kitchen, assisting in food preparation, enforcing housekeeping and safety practices, and performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs. The position requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reflecting the physical demands of working in a busy kitchen. While prior experience in institutional food service or restaurant settings is preferred, it is not mandatory, and the company offers ServSafe Food Handler certification training and an additional hourly wage incentive for certification holders.

Trinity Services Group provides a comprehensive benefits package that supports both health and financial well-being. This includes medical coverage with prescription benefits, dental and vision insurance, life and accidental death insurance, a variety of voluntary benefits such as disability coverage, paid time off, and a company match for 401(k) retirement savings. Employees also receive company uniforms and financial support for work-related clothing and footwear. The company fosters a supportive work environment committed to equal employment opportunities and drug-free workplace policies, making it a stable and respected employer in the food service management industry.
