- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- good communication skills
- ability to work varying shifts including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks

Job Duties
- Work anywhere on property where food is prepared or served
- assist in setup and serving of food from counters and steam tables
- set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products and utensils
- provide general stocking duties in service area
- clean and sanitize equipment and work stations
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time
- perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
