Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least one year of food service experience preferred
- ability to work on call schedule with varying days and hours
- must be able to perform all essential job functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
- adherence to all sanitation and safety requirements
- ability to lift, carry and transport food items safely
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Prepare, present and serve food as needed
- perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables
- weigh and measure designated ingredients
- carry pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards
- store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures
- clean work areas, equipment and utensils
- distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment
- utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control
- serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service
- resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor
- ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures
- assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
- perform other duties as assigned
