The Food Service Worker position at Sodexo’s St. Margaret's Center is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $18.00. This role involves working varying shifts, including days, hours, and rotating weekends, with specific work schedules shared during the interview process. In this essential role, you will serve as a welcoming presence and a proactive team member, contributing directly to customers’ satisfaction and well-being by preparing and serving a variety of food items while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the food service area. As a Food Service Worker, the candidate will assist in setup and serving of food from multiple service areas such as counters and steam tables, ensuring that entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils are stocked and presented attractively. Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe working environment is paramount, and attention will be given to cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations throughout the shift. The role also demands punctuality, excellent teamwork skills, and flexibility to perform other duties as assigned in response to client and business needs.
