- ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods

Job Duties
- perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables
- weigh and measure designated ingredients
- carry pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards
- store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures
- clean work areas, equipment and utensils
- cook food items according to recipes and food production standards
- ensure food is safely prepared and at the proper temperature for consumption
