Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior foodservice experience preferred
Ability to follow food safety protocols
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in foodservice preferred
Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and carrying food items
Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables
Weigh and measure designated ingredients
Carry pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards
Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures
Clean work areas, equipment and utensils
Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment
Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control
Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service
Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor
Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures
Assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
