Job Requirements
- Ability to perform assigned duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to comply with all sanitation and safety policies
- Must be able to work flexible full-time schedule including weekends
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Must be able to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be willing to undergo background screening if applicable
- Must maintain a drug-free workplace status
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service preferred but not required
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Capable of performing physical tasks required for food preparation and service
- Willingness to learn and participate in training provided
Job Duties
- Prepares fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
- Weighs and measures designated ingredients
- Carries pans, kettles, and trays to and from work stations according to safety standards
- Stores food following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures
- Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
- Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner following outlined steps of service
- Resolves customer concerns and communicates with supervisors
- Ensures compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures
- Assures sanitation and safety requirements are met
- Performs other duties as assigned
