Morrison Healthcare is currently seeking immediate hires for full-time and part-time Food Service Worker positions at their North Baldwin Infirm location in Bay Minette, Alabama. The positions offer flexible schedules with shifts available Sunday through Sunday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with specifics provided during interviews. The hourly pay ranges from $13.50 to $15.00, reflecting the company’s commitment to competitive compensation. Although previous food service experience is preferred, Morrison Healthcare welcomes applicants who are willing to learn, as training is provided.

As a Food Service Worker, successful candidates will prepare, present, and serve food in a manner that upholds Morrison Healthcare's high standards for food safety, quality, and customer service. The role includes essential kitchen tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables, measuring ingredients, transporting prepared foods safely, and ensuring proper storage according to food safety protocols. Food Service Workers are responsible for maintaining clean work environments, distributing supplies, using standardized recipes, and serving customers with friendliness and efficiency. They must also address customer concerns appropriately and ensure compliance with company service standards, sanitation, and safety requirements.
