The Food Service Worker position at Sodexo, located within the Dowagiac Union School District, is a full-time opportunity offering $13.73 per hour. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
good communication skills
physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights
willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
ability to work well in a team setting

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of vibrant menus
ensure all working areas are kept clean and tidy
assist in setup and serving of food from counters and steam tables
set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, utensils, and provide general stocking duties
clean and sanitize equipment and work stations
attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned depending on account and client requirements
