Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand and be on feet for extended periods
- Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, and walking
- Ability to follow food safety regulations and departmental policies
- Dependable and flexible
- Prior experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare and assist team members in the preparation of quality foods according to the planned menu, recipes, and work instructions in a timely manner
- Clean as you go, maintaining a neat and food safe workstation
- Pull trash, sweep, mop, and perform other cleaning duties within the facility
- Serve food during planned meal schedules according to department policies and procedures
- Utilize kitchen utensils and equipment to cook, prepare, and serve food according to recipes and nutritional requirements
- Abide by all food safety regulations pertaining to sanitation, food handling, and storage
- Maintain a clean work environment, including cleaning refrigerators, freezers, cooking and serving equipment
- Function in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and clean
- Keep up with garbage collection and keep kitchen floors clean from excess food and trash
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Perform other related duties as assigned
