The organization emphasizes flexible scheduling to accommodate personal commitments and ensures that employees have access to comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance. Eligible employees enjoy paid time off, shift differentials, holiday pay, and participate in traditional pension plans and 401K retirement savings options. These benefits reflect the Exchange's dedication to the welfare and future security of its workforce.

The organization places a high priority on professional development, aiming to equip employees with the tools and resources necessary for success and career advancement. Being part of the Exchange means benefiting from working in a supportive environment that recognizes your efforts and fosters continuous learning. Moreover, employees enjoy access to base facilities, a Mass Transit program, and the pride of being employed by a DoD-affiliated organization.
