We are currently seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team at BAE Systems in Austin. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay ranging from $18 to $21 per hour, primarily scheduled for weekday morning shifts. As a Food Service Worker at Sodexo, your role is vital in delivering exceptional food service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a diverse range of menu items, ensuring that all food preparation and serving areas are clean, organized, and sanitary. Your positive attitude and customer service skills will help create an enjoyable dining experience for customers, acting as both a helpful resource and a morale booster.

This role requires flexibility to work across various areas within the property where food is prepared or served. Duties include assisting with food setup and service from counters and steam tables, stocking service stations with entrees, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils, and maintaining cleanliness of workstations and equipment. Punctuality, reliability, and adherence to workplace health and safety standards are essential qualities for success in this role. While no previous work experience is required, successful candidates should demonstrate a team-oriented mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering a healthy and safe work environment.
