Job Duties
- Attend department meetings monthly in-services and training classes as assigned
- Anticipate and meet customer needs taking appropriate steps to rectify issues
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and sanitation of department equipment
- Demonstrate a positive and friendly attitude
- Adhere to all HACCP standards
- Alert supervisor to any concerns discrepancies or product shortages
- Work in various cafeteria and kitchen positions setting up and stocking food stations for meal service
- Assemble meals and serve food and beverages to retail customers
- Clean stations equipment and floors at the end of each meal
- Operate dish machines trash compactors and mop floors as required
- Prepare additional food items for cafeteria operations
- Regularly work on sanitation projects assigned by the manager
- Assist with training of new employees as well as cross-training of fellow employees
