Job Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, or owe allegiance to the U.S.
Must pass applicable background and records checks
Must successfully pass E-Verify employment verification
Must wear personal protective equipment when required
Must have acceptable identification for base access by May 7, 2025
Ability to comply with safety and sanitation procedures
Must have basic math and food measurement skills

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of basic food preparation principles and safety
Ability to follow recipes and prepare assigned foods
Skill in measuring and weighing ingredients
Knowledge of sanitation and customer service standards
Ability to operate computerized cash register systems and foodservice equipment

Job Duties

Prepares and assembles food products according to recipes and demand
Operates cash registers and handles cash verification
Stocks and maintains the work area including cleaning and organizing
Supports catering by preparing food and setting up equipment
Performs cleaning duties in dish room and pot and pan areas
Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures
Markets special meals and manages leftover accounting
