Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
  • previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • ability to follow sanitation and safety guidelines
  • good interpersonal skills
  • availability to work full time including weekends
  • ability to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • previous dishwashing, porter, and order receiving experience preferred
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen work areas
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and varied shifts
  • team-oriented work ethic

Job Duties

  • sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards
  • wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces
  • remove trash and place it into designated containers
  • steam clean or hose out garbage cans
  • transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • assist with banquet table and front of the house set up
  • assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product
  • distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed
  • comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements
  • perform other duties as assigned
