Job Requirements

Ability to work evenings
Prior experience in food service or related field preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties

Assists with preparing food and beverages for distribution to patients, guests, service/dining areas, and catering services
Stores food, beverages, and supplies in designated containers and areas according to policies and procedures
Assists with customer-facing duties as assigned, including cashiering, tray line delivery, and catering special events
Assists with sanitation duties, including dishwashing and maintaining work and food service areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
Works independently with critical thinking and decisive judgement in a fast-paced environment
Follows safety and sanitation regulations strictly
Supports team collaboration and quality service delivery
