The Food Service Team Member role at TXB is a dynamic position designed to support store management while contributing to a smooth and efficient operation on the store floor. This role entails multiple responsibilities including food preparation, customer service, housekeeping, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. As a Food Service Team Member, you will engage in various tasks such as preparing menu items like tacos, chicken, and sides according to specifications, operating kitchen equipment including grills, broilers, and fryers, and assisting with food production. You will also provide guests with helpful menu information and personalized suggestions, all while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.   • operate grill, broiler, or deep-fat fryer to prepare specific fast foods
  • maintain, clean, and sanitize work stations
  • clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other containers and return to appropriate location in the kitchen area
  • refill condiments or other supplies
  • follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations to ensure quality food service
  • perform other related duties as assigned
  • participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
  • ensure the proper execution of all assigned store level marketing programs
  • replenish products and supplies to ensure in stock conditions at all times
  • check in external and internal vendors according to corporate procedures
  • report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resource
