This opportunity is with an independently owned franchisee of Taco Bell, a well-known fast-food restaurant chain specializing in Mexican-inspired menu items. Unlike working directly for Taco Bell Corporation, joining a franchisee means becoming part of a locally managed business that operates under the Taco Bell brand but sets its own wage and benefits program, which may vary by location. This particular franchisee is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Food Service Team Members.
As a Food Service Team Member, you will play an essential role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant by assisting with front line food preparation procedures. Your role will also involve maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area, including wiping tables and ensuring the parking lot is tidy, contributing to a positive guest experience.
