The position available is for a Food Service Team Member, an integral role within the restaurant that focuses on front line food preparation procedures and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining environment. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of menu items following specific recipes and quality standards. You will also attend to routine cleaning duties such as wiping tables and ensuring the dining room and parking lot are tidy and presentable. This role requires an individual who is attentive to detail, able to work well under pressure, and committed to teamwork. The work environment may be fast-paced and noisy, demanding flexibility and stamina, particularly as you will be on your feet for most of the shift and perform various physical tasks like lifting and stooping.

Job Requirements

  • Must be clean, neat and well groomed
  • Must have good hearing to work with customers and fellow employees and to work the drive through when necessary
  • Must be able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90% of shift time
  • Must be able to pay attention to detail, cope with pressure and remain calm when challenging situations arise
  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and read recipes
  • Must have basic knowledge of fast food operation and field knowledge of cash register and front line preparation procedures
  • Must be honest
