This opportunity is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, a well-known fast-food brand specializing in Mexican-inspired cuisine. Unlike working directly for Taco Bell Corp. or its affiliates, this franchisee operates as an independent business owner who has the autonomy to establish their own wage and benefit programs, which can vary from franchise to franchise. Taco Bell franchisees focus on delivering excellent food and customer service, reflecting their unique management styles and operational priorities while adhering to overall brand standards. \n\nThe franchisee is currently seeking a Food Service Team Member who will play a vital role in front-line food preparation and maintenance of the dining environment. This position is perfect for individuals eager to gain valuable experience in the fast-food industry, often serving as an entry-level role with on-the-job training. As a Food Service Team Member, your responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation of customer orders to ensure accuracy and quality, maintaining cleanliness in the dining room and parking lot, and providing friendly, efficient customer service. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to function well in a busy, sometimes high-pressure environment. Job Requirements

  • Must be clean, neat and well groomed
  • must have good hearing to work with customers and fellow employees and to work the drive through when necessary
  • must be able to work as team member and perform job duties with a minimum of disruption to customers or fellow employees
  • must be able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90 percent of shift time
  • must be able to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods
  • must be able to set priorities and react quickly to the needs of the customers, the dining room, and the work area

Job Qualifications

  • Some high school courses preferred
  • basic knowledge of fast food operation
  • field knowledge of cash register and front line preparation procedures
