As an independent business, the franchisee develops its own wage and benefit programs which means compensation and benefits may vary from one franchise location to another. The role of a Food Service Team Member involves assisting in various front-line tasks essential to ensuring efficient restaurant operations and excellent customer experiences. You will be responsible for helping prepare food according to Taco Bell’s quality and service standards, maintaining cleanliness in customer dining areas and outside premises, and supporting the overall workflow of the restaurant. While entry-level, the position offers a foundation for learning industry best practices, cash handling, kitchen operations, and customer interaction through on-the-job training over a typical period of one to three months. - Quickly prepares customers' orders according to specifications and with the highest possible quality
