The role of Food Service Team Member is essential within the Taco Bell franchise setting. This entry-level position is designed for individuals interested in fast food service who are looking to gain valuable experience in food preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining operational cleanliness. Food Service Team Members play a critical role in supporting front-line food preparation procedures, including handling kitchen equipment and assisting in timely, accurate order fulfillment. The job also includes maintaining a clean dining area and parking lot, ensuring that customers enjoy a comfortable and sanitary environment. This position requires someone who can function well under pressure, pays attention to detail, and works efficiently as part of a team.

With one to three months of training and close supervision, new hires will learn to operate cash registers, understand food preparation steps, and uphold safety and quality standards. The job demands good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees, as well as physical stamina to stay on their feet and perform activities such as lifting and stooping for most of their shift. Job Requirements

  • Some high school courses preferred
  • clean, neat and well groomed appearance
  • good hearing to work with customers and fellow employees
  • honest and reliable
  • ability to read recipes and follow instructions
  • physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 90% of the shift
  • good manual dexterity for rapid and accurate work
  • ability to count money and give correct change

Job Qualifications
