This position is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, an independent business owner operating under the Taco Bell brand but separate from Taco Bell Corporation and its affiliates. The franchisee is responsible for setting its wage and benefit programs, which may vary from those of Taco Bell Corporation. Job Requirements
- Must be clean, neat and well groomed
- must have good hearing to work with customers and fellow employees and to work the drive through when necessary
- must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and stoop during 90% of shift time
- must be able to pay attention to detail
- must be able to work with minimum disruption to customers or fellow employees
- must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and read recipes

Job Qualifications
- Some high school courses preferred
- basic knowledge of fast food operation

Job Duties
- Quickly prepares customers' orders according to specifications and with the highest possible quality
- works as a team member to assure constant and consistent customer satisfaction through excellent quality, service, and cleanliness

- operates kitchen equipment as needed
- wipes tables and maintains clean dining room and parking lot
- follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
