- Help oversee the food service operation under the supervision of the Food Service Director
- Ensure compliance with department regulations and procedures in conformance with administrative policies and accredited agencies
- Assist in developing standards for organization and supervision of food service
- Prepare patient formulas and serve diet-specific foods
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
