Job Duties
- Coordinate and oversee work activities of dining services employees
- communicate all work-related information to the Director of Dining Services
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies
- audit and record refrigeration and freezer temperatures
- ensure dining services employees maintain standards of sanitation and food safety in accordance with federal and state regulations
