We are currently seeking a Food Service Team Lead to join our Dietary team at the Clifton campus located at 2120 Payne St. This full-time position works an 8-hour day shift, with every other weekend required. The Food Service Team Lead plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations within the dining rooms and kitchen environment. The person in this role supports staff leadership, maintains strict sanitation standards, assists in meal preparation and service, and oversees accurate dietary documentation tailored to resident needs. This role demands a motivated individual who is both detail-oriented and capable of managing diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
As the Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supporting your team members during daily operations, including training and monitoring performance to maintain the highest quality standards.
