This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a Food Service Supervisor to join Aramark's passionate Food Services Team. The hourly rate for this role ranges from $18.37 to $23.00, reflecting Aramark's commitment to fair compensation. The Food Service Supervisor will work closely with a Food Service Manager to coordinate and lead operational activities while mentoring and overseeing staff members to ensure efficient and high-quality food service delivery. Key responsibilities include producing and maintaining work schedules, directing daily activities, upholding food safety and quality standards, maintaining sanitary conditions according to health codes, and managing inventory with accuracy. This role also requires supervising and evaluating employees, boosting team morale and development, and ensuring all food production and serving processes align with Aramark's policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational abilities and the capability to maintain composure under pressure while resolving interpersonal issues effectively. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
  • Must complete sanitation training within the first year if not already certified
  • Ability to work full-time including potential night and weekend hours
  • Strong communication skills

  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
  • Willingness to perform a variety of duties as assigned
