As a supervisor, you will work closely with a manager to oversee daily activities, production, safety, and quality of food services within your assigned location. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
  • must complete sanitation training
  • ability to read, write, and understand instructions
  • basic math skills
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • physical ability to perform job duties
  • commitment to food safety and quality
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions

Job Duties

  • Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets
  • direct daily activities
  • maintain food production ensuring safety and quality according to policies
  • ensure safe and organized storage of food items
  • maintain serving schedules and uphold food safety standards
  • maintain a sanitary department following health codes
  • maintain accurate weekly inventory
  • prepare orders as needed
  • supervise and evaluate employees

  • train and mentor other food service workers
  • maintain maintenance logs on equipment
  • ensure food safety and temperature logs are completed with corrective actions
