Aramark is currently seeking full-time Food Service Supervisors to join its passionate Food Services Team. This role offers an hourly rate of $30.00, representing a stable and competitive compensation structure. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work closely with a manager to coordinate and lead food service operations while overseeing staff activities and collaborating effectively with team members. The position entails producing and maintaining work schedules, directing daily activities in the department, maintaining food safety and quality standards, ensuring proper food storage, and upholding health and safety regulations.
In this supervisory role, you will also be responsible for managing inventory, training and mentoring food service employees, maintaining equipment and safety logs, and filling in for absent staff when necessary. You will play a crucial part in ensuring catering events are prepared and delivered on time and may be called upon to perform cashier duties as needed. The role demands proficiency in multitasking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to resolve interpersonal issues effectively under stress.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- ability to work full time including occasional nights and weekends
- basic computer skills
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- compliance with all health and safety regulations
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- must be able to pass background check

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production ensuring safety and quality according to policies and procedures
- ensure food items are stored safely and hazard-free
- maintain serving schedules following menu specifications and company policies
- maintain sanitary conditions in the department adhering to health and safety codes
- maintain accurate weekly inventory
- prepare orders as needed to ensure accurate production
- supervise and evaluate employees including counseling and promoting growth
- maintain a safe working environment
- train and mentor other food service workers
- maintain equipment maintenance logs
- ensure completion of food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
- perform preventative maintenance checklists
- recommend equipment replacements
- multitask proficiently
- perform other duties as assigned by Food Service Director or Manager
