Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervising multiple employees to maintain efficient food service operations
- Coordinating meal production schedules to meet contract requirements
- Monitoring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Training and mentoring food service staff
- Handling and resolving operational issues in food service delivery
