Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervising multiple employees in food service operations
- Maintaining compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Training and developing food service staff
- Coordinating meal production schedules to meet deadlines
- Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed
