Job Duties
- Provide hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensure all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervise multiple employees during food service operations
- Maintain compliance with food safety and handling regulations
- Coordinate scheduling and workflow to ensure efficient meal production
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve issues
- Support a positive and organized kitchen environment
