Job Requirements

  • Experience supervising multiple employees
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
  • Ability to follow company recipes and meet quality standards
  • Willingness to work onsite part-time in Macon, Georgia
  • Food Handler’s certification (preferred)
  • Advanced degree in culinary arts or related field (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
  • Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
  • Supervising and coordinating multiple food service employees to maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • Monitoring food safety and sanitation procedures to comply with health regulations
  • Assisting in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
  • Training new staff members on food preparation, service standards, and safety protocols
  • Addressing customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction in the dining environment
