Job Requirements

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
- Ability to follow company recipes and meet quality standards
- Willingness to work onsite part-time in Macon, Georgia
- Food Handler’s certification (preferred)
- Advanced degree in culinary arts or related field (preferred)

Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervising and coordinating multiple food service employees to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Monitoring food safety and sanitation procedures to comply with health regulations
- Assisting in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Training new staff members on food preparation, service standards, and safety protocols
- Addressing customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction in the dining environment
