Job Requirements

  • Experience supervising multiple employees
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide hands-on supervision in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and quality control
  • Willingness to work onsite full-time at El Paso, Texas
  • Valid food handler’s certification (preferred)
  • Culinary arts education (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Provide hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, ensuring compliance with company recipes and daily meal plans
  • Ensure all meals meet quality standards and contractual obligations
  • Supervise multiple employees to maintain productivity and adherence to safety guidelines
  • Monitor food safety and hygiene practices within the kitchen and service areas
  • Conduct training and development for food service staff to uphold service excellence
  • Manage inventory and supplies to support daily food service operations
  • Collaborate with correctional facility management to maintain operational efficiency and compliance
