Job Requirements
- Experience supervising multiple employees
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide hands-on supervision in a fast-paced food service environment
- Familiarity with food safety standards and quality control
- Willingness to work onsite full-time at El Paso, Texas
- Valid food handler’s certification (preferred)
- Culinary arts education (preferred)

Job Duties
- Provide hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, ensuring compliance with company recipes and daily meal plans
- Ensure all meals meet quality standards and contractual obligations
- Supervise multiple employees to maintain productivity and adherence to safety guidelines
- Monitor food safety and hygiene practices within the kitchen and service areas
- Conduct training and development for food service staff to uphold service excellence
- Manage inventory and supplies to support daily food service operations
- Collaborate with correctional facility management to maintain operational efficiency and compliance
