The Food Service Supervisor role is based in Macon, Georgia, at Middle Georgia State University and is available on a part-time, onsite basis. This position offers hourly compensation of $15 per hour and involves direct oversight of meal production and service. The supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring that meals meet company and contractual quality standards while providing hands-on leadership in the kitchen. Responsibilities include supervising the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, ensuring compliance with recipes and operational plans, and managing a team of food service employees.   • Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
