Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- supervising multiple food service employees and coordinating their tasks
- maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- assisting in training new staff members
- addressing customer concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
