Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervising multiple kitchen staff and coordinating daily meal production activities
- Monitoring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Training and mentoring staff on food preparation techniques and safety standards
- Reporting operational issues and working collaboratively with management to improve service delivery
