- Advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field (preferred)
- Food Handler's certification (preferred)
Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervising multiple employees to maintain efficient operation
- Coordinating meal production schedules to meet deadlines
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Training and mentoring food service staff
- Reporting operational status and addressing any issues promptly
