Supervisors are encouraged to lead by example in driving community engagement efforts, supporting sustainability and conservation initiatives, and fostering growth opportunities for team members at all levels. SSA Group's commitment to diversity and inclusion strengthens its workforce and enhances service delivery across all locations.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in quick service or food service operations. SSA Group welcomes applicants from all educational backgrounds and prioritizes interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
