The Food Service Supervisor role at Summit is a full-time, onsite position located at the correctional facility in Roseville, California. This role is critical in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, specifically managing the production and service of meals to ensure they meet company standards and contractual obligations. Compensation for this position ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will provide hands-on supervision and guidance for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, making sure every meal meets strict quality standards.

This role demands a motivated and experienced individual who can lead multiple employees, coordinate food service operations efficiently, and maintain high levels of quality control. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, as the supervisor will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring seamless service delivery. The supervisor will also be accountable for adherence to company recipes and the health and safety regulations relevant to food service in a correctional setting.
