We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Food Service Supervisor to join our Constellation team based in Santa Ana, California. This full-time role offers a competitive compensation range of $25 to $28 per hour. The Food Service Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing meal production and service, ensuring adherence to company recipes and contractual obligations while maintaining high standards for quality and presentation. This position requires hands-on supervision of the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, directly managing a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership skills with experience supervising multiple employees, alongside strong communication and interpersonal capabilities. Attention to detail and deep knowledge of service standards are essential for success in this role. Additional qualifications such as an advanced degree in culinary arts and Food Handler’s certification are considered advantageous but not required.
