Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid Florida driver's license
- pass the Florida Food Manager's Certification Program within first year of employment
- ability to pass mandatory testing for communicable diseases
- supervisory skills
- ability to comprehend and follow recipes
- ability to read and write
- physical ability to bend, squat, lift/carry 35 lbs
- ability to walk on gradual inclines
- ability to ambulate independently
- ability to sit or stand for long periods
- ability to see and hear at normal range or with accommodations
- ability to speak English understandably
- manual dexterity (normal)

- ability to climb
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise and direct kitchen trusties
- complete daily paperwork and relevant logs
- inspect food or drink
- issue or receive supplies
- maintain sanitary facility
- issue inventory or receive utensils
- supervise meals prepared for inmates
