The Food Service Production Manager role is a full-time onsite position located in Fort Worth, TX, with a competitive compensation range of up to $65,000 per year depending on experience. This role is integral to Cura Hospitality's operations within healthcare settings like Fort Worth Surgical Partners. The Food Service Production Manager oversees the entire food production process—from purchasing ingredients and establishing food specifications to supervising meal preparation, service quality, and sanitation standards. The position typically operates Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and holiday duties as required.

In this leadership role, the Production Manager will orient and train new employees in various production aspects, develop standardized recipes and production tools to maintain food quality and cost efficiency, and participate in planning and executing special events.
