The role of Prep Cook at SSA Group is a vital position within the culinary team, reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef. This position is centered around supporting kitchen operations by preparing a range of ingredients—washing, chopping, seasoning, and marinating—to ensure smooth food production and presentation. The Prep Cook plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen environment by cleaning dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and assisting with inventory management and proper storage of supplies. The role demands strict compliance with nutrition and sanitation guidelines and readiness to undertake various kitchen duties assigned by supervisory chefs. Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of ingredients including washing chopping seasoning and marinating
